A heavenly beach escape

Waking up to the aroma of fresh croissants each morning was a delight. The attentive staff went above and beyond, particularly Mr Abdu, who remembered our names and made us feel special.

The dining options showed limited variety, with many dishes repeating daily, which diminished the culinary experience. The cleanliness of certain areas also left something to be desired.

Had a lovely time enjoying the beach and the exciting activities they offered, especially the massages at the spa and lounging by the pool. The hotel provides a great selection of relaxation options like massages and a spa lounge. Just a heads-up, the food could use a bit more variety, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 🌊

The staff's warm hospitality made my solo stay enjoyable, especially during breakfasts at the cozy onsite restaurant. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the beach. Do check out local shops for unique souvenirs. A little attention to cleaning could enhance the experience.

The accommodations felt outdated and lacked basic amenities like a functional air conditioning unit, which was advertised but ultimately failed to warm the room. The dining experience was quite limited with repetitive food offerings, and cleanliness issues arose including stained bed linens and a shower that reeked of mildew. access to drinking water required purchasing bottled options at an additional cost, which detracted from the all-inclusive experience. The in-room entertainment was disappointing. the TV channels were mostly blank, making it feel like a wasted feature.

The location right in front of the beach made it super convenient for quick swims. The room was spacious with a nice sea view, clean enough though it could have used a deeper clean. Enjoyed the daily buffet, especially the variety which changed frequently, but some meals felt a bit repetitive. A big bonus, the onsite spa offered fantastic massages, perfect for unwinding after a day by the beach. the air conditioning was inconsistent, at times too cold and not adjustable enough to warm the room. having to pay extra for WiFi in rooms felt off, especially since other hotels offer it for free. The staff at the front desk were always ready to help, with Ahmed standing out for his assistance. Just be cautious about overcharging. a local taxi service charged five times what Uber does. there were some nice elements to my stay, but a few basics need attention to make it truly enjoyable.
